My name is Dagmara Solik<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>and for over 20 years I have been supporting leaders, teams and organisations in Poland and abroad by designing and conducting comprehensive development activities that truly empower people and businesses. I work as a trainer, mentor and certified consultant.\u00a0<\/span>Insights Discovery<\/strong>, combining many years of managerial experience with practical knowledge of interpersonal and leadership skills development.<\/p>

For 19 years, I served as\u00a0<\/span>an operational leader<\/strong>managing teams in international environments and implementing projects with high-impact dynamics. As a result, my workshops and mentoring processes are deeply rooted in the real-world challenges of managers\u2014practical, specific, and immediately applicable.<\/p>
