Workshop description
A dynamic business environment requires leaders and employees to be flexible, respond effectively to change, and be able to manage themselves in difficult moments.

The second part of the workshop focuses on time management – participants will learn tools for prioritizing tasks, setting goals and planning work based on values, such as the Eisenhower matrix, the Pareto principle and the Pomodoro technique.
