Managing change and yourself over time
A dynamic business environment requires leaders and employees to be flexible, respond effectively to change, and be able to manage themselves in difficult moments.
During the workshop, participants will learn how to understand the change process from both the individual and organizational perspectives. They will explore proven models such as Lewin and ADKAR, learn how to effectively communicate change, minimize resistance, and engage teams in the transformation process.
The second part of the workshop focuses on time management – participants will learn tools for prioritizing tasks, setting goals and planning work based on values, such as the Eisenhower matrix, the Pareto principle and the Pomodoro technique.

I Became a Leader. What's Next? Key Leadership Competencies
Conscious and effective leadership is the foundation of the success of every team and organization.
During the two-day workshop, participants will discover what the role of a leader means in practice, how to build authority, develop a team, and effectively manage daily challenges.
The workshop combines theory with practice – participants will work on real-world examples, developing their skills through exercises, simulations, and discussions. The program covers key areas of people management, such as communication, delegation, motivation, conflict resolution, and providing constructive feedback.
Participants will also learn Blanchard's Situational Leadership model, learning to adapt their management style to the needs and maturity of team members. The workshop will culminate in each participant creating a personal development plan, which will serve as a roadmap for further development of their leadership competencies.

Communication Masterclass – Coaching, Conflict, Motivation
Effective communication is the key to the success of every leader and team.
During this workshop, participants will learn proven tools and models that will help them build better relationships, resolve conflicts, and motivate employees to achieve ambitious goals.
The workshop program combines theoretical knowledge with practical exercises. It covers, among other things, situational management using the Blanchard model, effective coaching methods, providing constructive feedback using the AID model, and conflict analysis using the Thomas-Kilman matrix. Additionally, participants will learn Patrick Lencioni's 5 Dysfunctions of a Team model, which helps diagnose problems in teams, as well as Herzberg's motivation theory and its practical application.
The workshop is focused on practice, allowing participants to immediately implement the knowledge they have acquired in their daily work.

Customer Centricity – excellent customer service
The 'Customer Centricity' workshop focuses on building an organizational culture based on customer needs. Participants will learn how to effectively identify customer expectations, create added value in relationships, and enhance the customer experience at every stage of contact with the company.
The workshop will discuss practical tools and techniques for understanding the customer perspective, as well as strategies for engaging teams in the process of building customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Teamwork and Balance – Team Building & Stress Management
An effective team is not just a group of people performing tasks, but a community based on trust, communication and cooperation.
During the workshop, participants will learn how to build strong and cohesive teams in which diverse roles and talents complement each other.
The training introduces practical tools for improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening team effectiveness. The second part of the workshop is devoted to stress management – participants will learn to identify sources of tension and stressors, learn techniques for coping with difficult situations, and learn how to support themselves and others in a demanding work environment.
