My name is Dagmara Solik and for over 20 years I have been supporting leaders, teams and organisations in Poland and abroad by designing and conducting comprehensive development activities that truly empower people and businesses. I work as a trainer, mentor and certified consultant. Insights Discovery, combining many years of managerial experience with practical knowledge of interpersonal and leadership skills development.

For 19 years, I served as an operational leadermanaging teams in international environments and implementing projects with high-impact dynamics. As a result, my workshops and mentoring processes are deeply rooted in the real-world challenges of managers—practical, specific, and immediately applicable.

I specialize in individual and team work, supporting leaders in building self-awareness, making smarter decisions, strengthening relationships, developing their leadership style, and communicating effectively. As a mentor, I help them establish direction, understand their strengths, and consciously utilize their natural preferences when working with people.

As the creator of global development programs —including comprehensive leadership paths for large international organizations—I ensure strategic coherence, precise goals, and measurable results.
