The year 2025 was definitely marked by the four-color energy of Insights Discovery.
It was an intense, inspiring time working with people, teams, and organizations that focused on development based on self-awareness, diversity of styles, and a better understanding of themselves and others.
Over 400 participants from diverse industries and business areas participated in Insights Discovery training, including finance, sales, IT, HR, leadership, pharma and laboratories, marketing, and procurement. Each group brought their own perspective, needs, and challenges—and the Insights Discovery methodology proved highly effective in each context.
Another interesting development was the extension of the Insights Discovery methodology to teachers and sports coaches —football, basketball, and track and field. In this way, Insights Discovery also entered the world of sports, supporting communication, collaboration, and team development beyond the strictly business environment.
2026 promises to be even better in this regard. More and more companies and organizations are recognizing Insights Discovery as one of the most effective methodologies supporting:
