Insights Discovery is a development tool based on Carl Gustav Jung's personality typology, helping to better understand individual behavioral styles and team dynamics. A key element of the method is the four color energies—red, yellow, green, and blue—which symbolize different thinking and behavioral styles. Workshop participants identify which color energies are dominant for them, allowing them to more effectively utilize their strengths and collaborate better with individuals with different preferences. This model emphasizes the practical application of knowledge about oneself and others in everyday collaboration.
